Lunch with Maynard

I used to claim on my Friendster that if anyone took away my weekend dinners with Anton and lunches with Marlon, you’d have to shoot me. I guess putting that in was jinxed because Anton left for Manila and I hardly see Marlon anymore, lest have lunch with him. But then my friendster was tampered and seeing that I had to redo the entire EDIT PROFILE thing again, I didn’t write it down anymore.

And I had lunch with Marlon. Stupid, fate is. So weird, i could have kicked its ass. So anyway, the boi was into dimsum which led us to Ayala. He – dimsum, Me – lechon. Argh. The diet. The diet. So not helping it. My head was telling me that it might take a long time for something like this to be ever repeated so I swallowed my lechon and gulped my coke light. We could have gone for our favorite dessert but no.. tama na. I’d keel over na. The diet. The diet. Cool mantra noh?

We went walking around and shopping and Marlon was into buying himself a belt while I shrieked over these amazing finds from Janylyn.

Aren’t they amazing? Well Marlon is hardly the guy who complains when you’re out at the mall seeing that women have this tendency to make quick stops at every store that they have an eye on and I love him for that. He is so like a girl, too. We went walking around the mall and we never got to buy his belt! Ang mahiwang belt! See? And men complain we are finicky.

Kim, Marlon’s friend from CDO and his part time roommate, already left for CDO which means he is so bored he’ll have more time for me. Yay. Sorry Toy. Hahah. You’ll be seeing more of me. Lunches. Desserts. Gooey. I’m loving it na. I can’t believe i’m missing his company na, his constant babble of being a photographer, his doomed lovelife (don’t argue!) and the I’m-going-to-resign-I-hate-this-shitty-job aura. He has Sundays off so that means he can spend it with me. Hahha. No choice gang.

Which also reminds me.. National Bookstore holds their annual sale on September and I was amazed at the cheap books. These are my favorite collections.
