Dining in Hola España Mactan

Quick stop at Hola España Mactan Cebu for dinner after hanging out at Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan Cebu. There is really something about Spanish restaurants that make us think of home cooked meals and our moms swatting our hands because we decided to eat with our hands despite how hot the meals are.

This deli-restaurant located beside Islands and More was so secluded and private it wouldn’t be a surprise if you happen to miss the place on your first visit. Everything was divine we couldn’t wait to go back

Saffron Cafe at the Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan

Now that we taken a tiny tour around Crimson Resort and Spa in Mactan Cebu, I just wanted to show you the resort’s restaurant, Saffron Cafe.

Saffron, like the spice we love on our paellas, is where all meals at Crimson Resort and Spa are being served unless you wanted yours served at Azure Bar, their chillout lounge that faces the ocean or at the comforts of your own villa’s tiny dining space. The 250-seater restaurant is located near the swimming pool and just down the main lobby. The dining room that serves as their main dining room also has their own coffee shop. Hotel Elizabeth Cebu on Father’s Day

June 2011 – Happy Father’s Day, pop! Love you!

The entire crew arrived on the Saturday of Father’s Day weekend and despite my offer on staying at my apartment, the mother wanted to check out Hotel Elizabeth.

We love Hotel Elizabeth! The interiors are tastefully done. Tessa Prieto-Valdes is quite handy in the paneling and designing department. You’d think that because of her quirkiness and personality, she’d be having fascinators or mink coats all over the place.
