Morphing into Halloween Costumes

I have to say that I have to echo my friend Eden’s sentiments on dressing up for Halloween.

“Some outgrow them, some don’t.”

The idea of dressing up for Halloween and going to a Halloween party may sound juvenile to some but if you are in your 40s and never ever appreciated bunny ears and fake vampire fangs in your life then, yes, you would be one of those who do not liken to the idea of participating in this annual festival. I guess I would be one of those who will never outgrow Halloween and will forever continue to contribute to an affair that takes so much time, money and effort to be in it.

Simply Js in Cebu

Who’s hungry? Do you go to restaurants in Cebu because of the food or because of the ambiance? Some dining holes in the city actually invest more on the interiors and furnishings and they always, always, show in the menu prices. Jackpot if you somehow find yourself somewhere in the middle of the city where you wouldn’t mind staying longer while you dine and truly enjoy the overpriced meal. Except Simply Js is not overpriced and yes, I wouldn’t mind staying longer until the restaurant showed signs of closing at 10pm and the waiters were all over our tables like vultures waiting to pounce on the next person who will say, “Check!”
