The Shabu Way in Ayala Center Cebu

I am happy to announce that the Shabu Way Hot Pot Cuisine at the Ayala Terraces is now open – actually its been operating since September but I just had to tell you! We missed the opening because a few of us went to Cagayan de Oro for a weekend at Dahilayan Forest Park (more of that soon).

Do drop by at your favorite shabu-shabu dining in Cebu at the Ayala Terraces – the Shabu Way is located at 2/F Terraces in between Red Kimono and Mooon Cafe.

Your favorite rice topping dishes can now be served in a sizzling plate such as the Chicken Teriyaki (my favorite by the way!) Their newest menu will be rolled out sometime in November 2011. The New Taproom at Gustavian Ayala Center Cebu

Fancy an epicurean dining experience in Cebu? With their menu specially prepared by Swedish chef Robert Lilja and Austrian chef Dietmar Dietrich, the Gustavian Ayala is super popular with their hearty and, yes, organic meals. Although its main branch is in Banilad, the Gustavian in Ayala Terraces is slowly ganing the same popularity and demand for their deli that offers homemade European sausages, smoked meats, seafoods, and bread selections!

Tsim Sha Tsui at the Ayala Terraces Cebu

When the boyfriend and I had our usual “Us Sunday” two weekends ago, where Sundays are only spent alone and cellphones are ignored just in case family and friends text/call (sorry Mom!), we watched Sherlock Holmes at Ayala before heading out to dinner. Instead of our favorite ribs at Casa Verde, we headed to this new place at the Ayala  Terraces Cebu, Tsim Sha Tsui and spelled just like the streets in Yau Tsim Mong district in Kowloon, Hongkong.

I remember getting lost at Tsim Sha Tsui in Hongkong before because I had a hard time pronouncing the place but the Tsim Sha Tsui waitress at the Terraces Cebu was quick enough to help us say, “Jim Sa Joy”. Make it sound like your a local and hope for the best.

Boasting of its fuchsia and green bursts of color which Cebu fashion designer Phillip Rodriguez designed, the dimsum and tea bar has its own all-you-can-eat dimsum buffet at their conveyor belt.
