Xenia Graduates After X Years

My friend Xenia Fabe graduated last October 10 at the University of San Carlos. She is now a Bachelor of Arts and Science Major in Sociology degree holder. X years would mean 9 years of being in school. There is a long story before that but she would kill me if I publish it.

Friends from Cagayan de Oro came – so happy to see them! There was a lunch at TGIFridays.

Hahaha. I bought this bouquet at the flower shop by the road in the barracks Archibishop St. across Grand Convention. Xenia loved it much to Jonex’s chagrin. Teehee.

…and then back to the hotel to prep up. A friend from Manila told me that they don’t have Gelatissimo in Luzon. That’s strange but it would be something else if they came all the way here just to have a taste of that Italian ice cream.

After super major primping at room-I-forgot-the-number at the Rajah Hotel, we all went up at their function room to see Xenia’s relatives and classmates for dinner. The photo wall we bought from Backspace Studio is behind us. So tiny you couldn’t make out anything.

Xenia’s mom also came all the way from Miami. Tita Esme looks lovely.

Then back at the hotel. Pooped. Sigh. I wondered when is that going to happen again until the group convened once again in Cagayan de Oro last week. But that’s going to be a different story. :)
