Virgin Beaches of Moalboal
I finally got the vacation I wanted for summer! Well, not entirely just this vacation but I meant, you know, quality time with the boyfie and the Prince Sebastian, the dog. Best time to get away? Memorial Day Weekend! Because there was no work on Monday, the boyfriend and I decided to go to Moalboal Beach (South) on Sunday morning. We have NO idea how to get there and we thought of commuting all the way to Moalboal Beach so after asking around, we found ourselves on a non-aircon bus at the South Terminal heading South. Bus fare by the way was P180. Measly.

Two hours, 3 packs of Carcar chicharon later, we got off the bus and had lunch at some fastfood place by the road. Basti got sick the entire time he was on the bus. Carsick too bad he puked twice. The second time he vomited I had to place him near the window so he could get air. The lady behind me wasn’t too happy when she got a faceful of Basti’s ugh, breakfast. Sorry! He only eat dog food so it is not really that gross, I think.

See how cute my babies are! Haha.

We stayed at HK Resort by the way because it is close to a beachfront. I don’t understand why most of the hotels there were booked – Philippines celebrating Memorial Day? I don’t think so. Club Serena was booked. So was that Ravenala Bungalow. So nice to look at from the gate, too bad it was close. The rooms at Hk were decent with one queen size bed and a small bathroom. Clean but nothing like your first class accommodation. It looked just like any room in a household. Blah. We had a small patio/balcony that we placed our wet floater and held our wet towels.
Basti looking up at his chain waiting to see the beach. When dog food is scarce, he knows how to survive in Moalboal.
Thanks Havaianas for the flip-float! :)

how breathtaking Philippine beaches are! We just got back from lunch. Basti likes sand, mind you. The Celine bag I’m carrying holds his food and water tumbler.

The only thing I hate about this trip? I hardly took photos of myself – the entire album is all about the dog. There was an outdoor restaurant one resort away and that was where we had dinner and breakfast the next day.

The “ate” was accommodating unlike the one next to her stand. Hahah. Get trained at some customer service institution, yes? Pooh. Will be going back to Moalboal Beach soon.
