Cebu Fiesta 2008
I’ll wager anyone hasn’t encountered a Sinulog fiesta similar to the other. Every year, Cebu City has managed to outstage, outnumber, and even out-WOW the crowd that came to witness a grandeur fete they call SINULOG. Not only can CEBU carouse, revel, and celebrate in STYLE but also Cebu deserves a fair share of merrymaking fit for the average partyphile.
Who else gets to drink to that?
