Fu's Glow Out

Hey, hey, hey… I’m in Cagayan and I’m writing while waiting for dinner with La Familia at Malberry Suites again. Just got home this morning at 5am from last night’s GLOW OUT at FU. House music and glow sticks?? So passe? Hahha.. but have to give credit to my favorite waiters, the VIP lounge bitch and the cashiers — thanks, thanks sa perfect service. I just hate that they don’t have the favorite songs while I asked for it. Harummphhh… Pictures

here.

Was with John Mark Mabellin — at nabuhay ang taga US Navy hahah hot hot hot… and Cookie, Anton, Sarah, Dencio, Hector, Alvin and girlfriend Wynn, gawsy James, Mikol and gahhhdd.. people are home na naman I’m sooo ecstatic! :) The rest of the friendships left after having dinner at Sentro which I wasnt able to go because la familia dragged me to another dinner party.. Bad. Bad.

                                                                               James                                        Anton

Saw my friend’s ex by himself at the bar

Me: Oh, why alone?
Him: Hunting.. who knows, you’d end up being my prey…

Me: (after shuddering) See you around!

But no, me was behave. Me was with cousins and friends who wanted to have a helluva goodtime that the nightcap was at Marvilla Beach. TJ Splak, this guy from the same circle that I am in who has a girlfriend and who i also dated and whose girlfriend hates me for that, hung out with us without the girlfriend’s knowledge because her brain cells were already resting on her bed.
Chinese Jesus was at FU after he heard from friends that I was home aww.. heart strings pulled na naman… but I had to leave cause James was drunk mad and wanted to go home. Don’t you just hate leaving a party with someone you like so much in it but you can’t stay because you had to go? Chi Jesus offered to drive me home if I’m too sleepy na to drive and James balked because he’d rather be drunk mad to drive me home than find out that “nag-biga biga nasad ka” (You’re flirting again!). Ack.

Going Going Going. My dad’s hankering na. Byers. More soonies. I love this city soooo much as much as I love Cebu so anyone wanting to go to CDO, hit me up.

Merry Christmas!

some christmas post

Ay. Ay. Ay.

It’s 3 days till Christmas! Can I weeweechu?

Weeweechu a merry christmas! Hahah! Lame.

On the 22ndm, I, along with the rest of the people who’s in Cebu, will be going home! Can you believe the number of people scrambling to do that? Plane and boat tickets from Dec 21 until Dec 25 are already booked! If carpets and broomsticks do travel, they still will be booked. I am just happy that my leaves were all approved that I get to be on vacation in one week! Super! :) I bet you’re getting all enviooussss.

Then there’s this thing about going home and people expecting you to claim, “Hi, I COME BARING GIFTSSS!!” just because you’re the only relative/friend/churva/pseudo girlfriend away from Cagayan therefore you are obliged to give them gifts that will make up all the birthdays, Christening, and Lord’s day(?) that you’ve missed. Excuse me? I have sankatutak na relatives and friends and *** tawsandz peyzoz in my wallet, in the bank, in the pockets of unused handbags and in my imaginary bottomless safe. How on earth can everybody have gifts of their own paid for by yours truly is beyyyonddd me.

As usual, every Christmas I vow to buy gifts in September and end up buying days before the 24th! Scenario: me, in Ayala panic-buying, arms akimbo from all that shopping bag weight.

“What is panic-buying?” my friend Kit had to ask. “Is it going from one store to another and buying things in sight like what you are doing?”

No.

It is buying at the last minute and spending more than the alloted budget for the person.

Eep.

No one should be able to see my Christmas list or they’ll be offended. “What, I’m worth 500 pesos lang?” Suicide. Or, “How come X gets more than Y?”

Because X got me those cute earrings I wanted last year!

Oops.

Kwentahan ang show.

I asked my sisters what they wanted and they sent me this long text message that I’m pretty sure racked up more than the 450 maximum number of characters allowed per text. My dad also went, “Bahala na ate, as long as we’re all in good health.” Harummpphh….

Is he for real?

I went, “You sure? A Wallet from Rustan’s? A Lacoste shirt?”

Then he answered, “XL siguro.”

Naks! Good health and something extra large pala!

It’s going to be sooo hard to avoid those, “Where are my gifts?” questions when I get home. At the amount of hinting they do as reflected in the amount of YUNG PINASKOHAN KO spam text messages they sent, they wouldn’t be considerate on letting you go. “November pa ako nagsend ng spam!” comes the irate bellows with hands on hips pa. I guess friendship nowadays and cute hugs and cheeky kisses are no longer accepted as *sniff* gifts.

so Dear Santa, forget about my friends. I know that you already have a clear idea what are the things that I wanted this year but never had but still I just wanted you to know that I wanted the following:

Holiday Blush

RED is this year’s Christmas Party theme! The much anticipated christmas party of the office which left everyone clamoring for the perfect RED outfit, red emsemble, red pair of shoes, red bag, ANYTHING WITH A HINT of RED. And because everyone wanted to look the bestest and sooo together of all among the lowlies – some came out ppfft. Haha! What is with all the fuss is beyond me. If you dress up all the time, getting riled up for any party is very ordinary. *coughmecough* But the pressure of living up to people’s expectation is heavvyyy soo… Okay, this is THE parrtyy of PeopleSupport : HOLIDAY BLUSH which everyone wanted to be talked about after … so bring on the cinched belts! the red pumps! The red headbands! The red eyes! **Rolling eyes at this**. By the way, What Dress code?

I left Body and Soul after getting my hair done at 6pm. I was still talking to my favorite boy Marlon at home before I realized that Oh, I was supposed to get dressed. My favorite stylist O was busy with the rest of the girls and I was already done doing my own ensemble already after he was relieved of his duties lol. No, i wasn’t draped in all red but a baby doll dress with puffed sleeves. Pimp the red outfit? My handbag!

At eight o’clock Parklane Hotel was already milling with people in every imaginable red outfit. Registration was at the second floor with employees logging in with their ID numbers or they wouldn’t be given food AND beer stubs. Beer! Beer! No cocktails??! Sorry to the people who are not on leave or restdays because beer wouldn’t be served. Hahah. Lots of glamarazzi moments, phots here.

Since one floor can only accommodate half of PeopleSupport, the third and fourth floor were reserved entirely for the night. Sadly, floors separated the crowd because of that arrangement pfft pfft and not everyone can bond together with the new faces. (Oh my God, I didn’t know that guy works here!) Good thing Gruppo Tribale was present to show the employees a taste of what a real party is like! :) The rest of the bands developed an attack of the blahs.

We had to conclude at 2am at Starbucks and my friends from Convergys texted that they were heading over to Vudu because their party from Waterfront ended at the same time. I so wanted to go but medrep amazingly followed. Kit eyed him warily if he was drunk and lo, he was. “Feel ko he is forever drunk,” Kit had to say. Feel ko she doesn’t trust the guy driving her, Sheila and of course Zizou home but she had no choice teehee. Nightcap with a sleepover and forget about the goosebumps after hearing the girls tease, boyfriend. Shudder. Shudder.
