BEER and Everything Else That Goes Along with IT

By Kristine Roa in Relationships 1 views

My restday falls on the most EXCITING days of the week.Tuesday and Wednesday.Don’t Ask. Just because they fall on the most boring days of the week doesn’t mean I don’t make them exciting.

On Tuesday, my friend O and I were so bored we went to Ayala and had dinner. We were scoping out guys after and lounged around at Rustan’s when we realized that the mall was about to close already. On our way outside I saw a familiar tall guy walking with a stick-figure girl opposite us and I was to say how hot he was when I suddenly grabbed O’s arm. That was my date supposedly for tonight! I ducked behind O and urged him to walk faster. Its so embarrassing to see him with someone else! I just texted him earlier that I’ll be calling him to make plans and wow, he didn’t exactly waste time waiting for my text! O laughed at my reaction and went inside with me to Rustan’s while I recovered with La Praire hand creams.

O’s like, who cares, let’s go out ourselves. Don’t make plans with him anymore.

We got out of Rustan’s with my head up but spirits low and headed out to East, West. And lo and behold, the sucker was there. He looked up startled and I hastily said, “Hi, we’re going in.” (as if that part wasn’t obvious). O was so tempted to pinch me haha. We found ourselves a table and he suddenly came up to us.

Hi, my friend picked me up today to go around the city. I only have a few friends here.” My heart melted. Poor guy. And i was giving him a hard time in my head.

That’s ok. Just text me whenever you no longer are busy.” I told him and he gave me an eager grin and stalked off. Aww… How hot.

O and I drowned our Tuesday night with Red Horse and my beau texted me to come over his house. Sorry O. But He understood. “If you were me, I’d leave you for a guy, too,” was what he was supposed to say but didn’t say it.

I went to my beau’s place and he was with three other friends from his school. Oh, great. I had to endure boy talk for hours. Its just sooo hard to take it all in when they are talking about girls, and how much they wanted to sleep with someone and give out detailed steps on how to do it – do girls sound the same when they’re talking about men? I don’t think so. My girlfriends and I talk about men but I’m only the one who is soo blatant on giving out information so much my girlfriends had to blush. That’s just prolly another misguided, thrilling, challenging difference with men from women.

I had to go inside (before I roll my eyes behind their sockets if i hear vagina and breasts any more) and talked to his mom instead. Sigh. I missed the feeling of having a mom. My beau’s mom is the simplest mom in the world. She is a retired woman in her late 50s and stays at home to watch out for her family. She stays up late and tolerates the loud music her sons are playing at 2am. Stories of her son when they were young kept her talking and its not about listening to her story that got me animated, its the sound of her voice and the way she fondly talks about her sons made me hang on to her every word. I knew from my friends back home that whenever they asked about me from my mom she gets animated too and she must’ve sounded exactly the same thing as this woman right in front of me sounded. If my beau didn’t come to fetch me and take me back outside I would have been tempted to sleep on her chest and cry hahah.

The boys were leaving and I couldn’t wait to go home. I’ve had enough to drink and I can’t wait to get back to my bed. My beau’s coming with me and the boys took a looong tiimme to say their byes they must have enjoyed watching us squirm while impatiently waiting for them to leave. 3 minutes and they left with knowing smirks on their faces – the bastards. Even while in a drunken stupor they can still tease.

I finally had my beau all to myself. Sigh again. Perfect Tuesday.

Wednesday’s even perfecter. Perfectest.

My supposedly date yesterday texted me last night at 1am but I am already with my beau so there’s no way I’m ditching him that night. So we made plans for this night then. Ooh. Talk about getting goosebumps. I’m just so excited. He’s a basketball player back in my hometown. Tall dark, and whatever else that I might found out later in the night. What could be hotter than that.

We met up immediately and invaded the bar where I told him he’d be culture-shocked at the scene. He wasn’t. He was culture-shocked with my outfit. Definitely pleased because he knew I dressed up for him, he instantly played the part of the wooing guy out to get what he want. Starting with our drinks to dancing, he was very much attentive. He was saying the right things and dancing so well. Sigh. Men. I know his game and Im’ a playing it hahaha.

He is sooo hot though. He had on a tight shirt that made women cast glances at him all the time. Even the made-up pseudo women with amazingly huge chests. My date for a while left to go to the restroom and one lady sidled up to me to ask, “is he your boyfriend?” I just laughed. I felt like my hair was so long everyone was stepping on it already. He came back, slid his arm around my waist and danced slowly to Ciara’s Goodies. Mmmm, his hotness is getting all riled up. I turned around and with my back facing him started to grind along. His lips found my shoulders and my right arm found his neck. Thank God for my Janylyn heels I can almost match his height. There were a lot of people inside the bar but it sure feels like we were the only bodies alive in this planet. Hot bodies that danced slow to a rap song. What gives, right. He jerked me around so I could face him and gave me a big wet kiss on the lips. I hardly kiss on bars but I gave him a kiss back and pulled on his hair. “Nobody knows us here.” He murmured between kisses. I was afraid of that. The bouncers knew me already and if I didn’t gasp for air, one of them will be already on his way to pulling my date away. Party poopers. My date grabbed my Liz Claireborne clutch, threw in a few bucks and said, “Let’s go home.”

I thought he’d never ask. Toodsie.
